I just wanted to say "Thank You" for the absolutely fantastic job you did on the NFNUCA BBQ you catered for us. The food was the best BBQ I have had in quite awhile and I got nothing but compliments from everyone. It was delicious.
I also very much appreciate how professional and flexible you were. It is nice to know that the next time we have a function that requires catering I can count on you to not only deliver a product, but do it on time.
I would gladly recommend you to anyone who ask and will definitely be using GrillBilly's Catering again.

The Ridgeview High School Football team had their end of season banquet catered by Grillbilly's. We had over 150 people and everything was fantastic! We were thrilled not only with the quality of the food, but
also the service that was provided. The barbeque was prepared on site
and you could tell how fresh it was. Nobody left hungry and that's
saying something when you're talking about high school football players.
We appreciate Grillbilly's for everything they did and we're already looking forward to next year.

GrillBilly's catered the Sport's Banquet at our school this past Friday. It was absolutely delicious!! Everyone enjoyed the meal. I heard nothing but positive comments. They were all a pleasure to work with. The entire process was hassle free! I highly recommend them for any gathering or event.

Grillbilly's, The food was awesome, the brisket even impressed the guys from Texas which is not easy to do since Texas boasts about
their brisket cooking!! I cannot tell you how much praise I received for the great job you did for our barbeque. The food was prepared
and cooked on site, which you don't see very often with grilled food. The meat was tender and seasoned to perfection, coleslaw made
fresh and the bannana pudding was a big hit. We will be using your service again in the future and I highly recommend your service
to anyone who may want to call and ask.

Grillbilly's catered a group of 400 for one of our Men's event and did an outstanding job! The ribs and chicken were some of the best we've ever had, not to mention his coleslaw and banana pudding. I would highly recommend Billy to anyone who is looking for a complete catering job, large or small.

I wanted to thank you again for the excellent food and service for our banquet last night! Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and your service was wonderful. You and your family were so helpful and personable - a pleasure to work with. Also, thank you for making the special brisket for our coach. That meant a lot to him. I know in the future that we will need to have that available for him, so we are not springing that on you last minute again.

We used GrillBilly's Catering for my husbands retirement party. The food was GREAT!!! Everyone from age 3 - 70 something really liked it. The Brisket was perfect! I would also like to say that the staff was so helpful and nice plus the price was right. We will be using them agian.
