The menu is up to you. Choose from our selection of entrees, sides and desserts. Are you looking for mouthwatering, seasoned just right barbecue? Or how about our famous fried fish or low country boil? Whatever you choose, we guarantee it wil be fresh, hot, delicious and completely satisfying! If you have a limited budget, we will gladly work with you to create an affordable menu.
Our frogmore stew has generous amounts of shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn on the cob, lemons & onions. It's cooked with a mild cajun seasoning, or we can turn up the heat if you like it that way.
Our catfish & shrimp are perfectly seasoned, hand battered and deep fried to a golden brown. We use farm raised catfish that has a mild flavor. Cooked southern style, served with cheese grits & hushpuppies, or any side or your choice.
GrillBilly's barbeque is cooked with our special rub and smoked with seasoned pecan wood. Served tender and full of flavor.
GrillBilly's sides are cooked with the same attention to flavor as we give to the rest of our food. So good you'll think grandma made them.
Desserts
There's no better way to top off your meal than with our famous home-made banana pudding! We also recommend our home-made brownies.
Contract Terms
Deposit will be 50% of the total cost of your event, non-refundable.
Your deposit reserves the date of your function on our calendar.
